Ecube Labs’ Clean Cube, a solar-powered compacting waste bin, and Clean Cap, a sensor that is easily attachable to any existing waste bin, provides real-time monitoring of bin fill-levels. CCN collects this information using M2M technology and designs intelligent waste collection plans that allow waste collectors to eliminate unnecessary collection trips, reducing not only fuel and labor costs, but their carbon footprint as well.
